ELMS Champions Join the Grid for 94th Edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans

The 62-car field for the 94th edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans has been unveiled by the ACO with over 20 cars from the European Le Mans Series receiving entries for the world’s most prestigious endurance race.

Reigning LMP2 champions Panis Racing have joined forces with Forestier Racing this season and the Forestier Racing by Panis Oreca-Gibson takes up that automatic invitation to Le Mans. Reigning Driver’s Champion Charles Milesi will also be racing at Le Mans but in the Hypercar class in no35 Alpine A424.

2025 LMP2 Vice Champions Inter Europol Competition also receive an automatic entry, with Jakub Smiechowski, Tom Dillmann and Nick Yelloly looking to defend the 24 Hours of Le Mans LMP2 crown they secured in June last year.

LMP2 Pro/Am champions AO by TF will also be on the grid thanks to their automatic invitation, with PJ Hyett, Dane Cameron and Louis Delétraz also looking to defend the 24 Hours of Le Mans Pro/Am trophy they secured in 2025.

ELMS LMP3 Champions CLX Motorsport will join the LMP2 field at Le Mans, with LMP3 driver champions Adrien Closmenil and Theodor Jensen driving the no37 Oreca-Gibson.

Seventeen of the nineteen strong LMP2 field are entries by ELMS teams, with DKR Engineering, Proton Competition, TDS Racing, United Autosports, Nielsen Racing, Algarve Pro Racing, Vector Sport, IDEC Sport, Duqueine Team and AF Corse all taking part in this year’s race in June.

2025 LMGT3 Champions TF Sport take up their invitation to this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans, with reigning driver champions Charlie Eastwood and Rui Andrade also on the LMGT3 grid, but racing for FIA WEC entered teams, Racing Team Turkey for Eastwood and Iron Lynx for Andrade.

Other ELMS teams on the LMGT3 grid are Racing Spirit of Léman, Richard Mille AF Corse and Team Qatar by Iron Lynx and Kessel Racing.

The 2026 24 Hours of Le Mans will take place on 13/14 June 2026.
