WIll Stevens: Hunting for Championship Points in Imola

The first two races of the 2024 season has proven to be pointless for the crew of the no27 Nielsen Racing Oreca 07-Gibson despite some strong performances by Will Stevens and his teammates Nico Pino and David Heinemeier Hansson.

It has been a difficult start for the no27 Nielsen Racing crew, with a 13th place finish in LMP2 in Barcelona and 11th in Le Castellet.

WIll Stevens returns to Imola this weekend and he is hoping for a points scoring performance after racing at the Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari in April in the Hypercar category for Hertz Team JOTA.

We caught up with Stevens after the opening Free Practice session of the 4 Hours of Imola on Friday morning.
