The Circuit Paul Ricard on the beautiful Côte D’Azur is the only venue that has hosted an ELMS event every year since 2013.
The circuit also doesn’t have the traditional gravel traps, but wide run offs with high grip painted lines to slow any wayward cars down. Last year the chicane in the middle of the Mistral Straight was used for the first time since 2017 and this will be retained for the 2026 race.
The circuit length for the 4 Hours of Le Castellet is 5.821km.
In 2020, due to the Covid 19 pandemic when the race in Spain was cancelled due to restrictions, Le Castellet became the first circuit to host two events in the same season. The 4 Hours of Le Castellet was held on Sunday 19 July 2020, with the Le Castellet 240, a night race, being held a month later on Saturday 29 August.
The 2026 4 Hours of Le Castellet will be the 15th ELMS race held at the Circuit Paul Ricard since 2013.
The 2026 4 Hours of Le Castellet will take place from Friday 1 to Sunday 3 May.
