With a lap time of 3:24.842 Paul Loup Chatin put the n°48 Idec Sport Oreca 07 Gibson on pole of the LMP2 class for the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
It is at the last second that Idec Sport took the pole positoin from TDS Racing. Paul Loup Chatin is ahead of the n°31 DragonSpeed Oreca 07, a WEC entrant, driven by Nathanael Berthon (3:24.883) and the n°26 G-Drive Racing another ELMS competitor driven by Jean-Eric Vergne (3:25.160).

The 60 entrants won’t be on track tomorrow but drivers will take part in the traditional and very popular Grand Parade from 17h00 onwards.
At the track, the official ACO Press Conference will take place at the Welcome at 10h30 to announce the future regulations for endurance racing for 2020-2024.
