Nielsen Racing can confirm James Allen will be rejoining the team for the 2026 European Le Mans Series, joining the lineup of the #27 LMP2 Pro/Am Oreca.
James Allen returns to Nielsen after a strong 2025 ELMS campaign. A breakthrough win at the 4 Hours of Le Castellet in Paul Ricard marked the high point of the season and sealed second overall for the team, Nielsen Racing’s best finish in the championship to date. He added another podium at Portimão to close out the season, rounding off an impressive year.
For 2026, James joins the already confirmed Alex Quinn and Kriton Lentoudis in the #27 Pro/Am entry. Quinn and Lentoudis finished as championship runners-up in both 2024 and 2025, taking two wins in each season and firmly establishing themselves as title contenders.
